- Check ins to see how things are going
- Unlimited access by email, phone or even in person if possible
- Answers to questions about anything: paces, injuries, rehab, strength exercises, race review, nutrition, race fueling, race travel, etc.
- Race selection help if needed, set up connections with race directors for elite athletes
- Knowledge about road race selection: prize money, where and when to race, travel help, etc.
- Coaching for as long as you desire to continue, and free to cancel at any time.
I specialize in Boston Marathon or Olympic Trials Qualifier marathon programs, but am confident in coaching any level, any distance, any surface. Roads or trails, masters or open, couch to 5k or setting a new PR.
